From Vancouver to Acapulco: Riding the Wave of Higher Consciousness
I’ve just returned from an incredible journey that took me from the crisp shores of Vancouver to the sun-drenched beaches of Acapulco, and I’m buzzing with insights to share with you all.
Thanks to everyone who made this trip so special. It was truly beautiful to connect with other thought leaders and pioneers who are blazing trails in consciousness work.

The Accelerated Transformation I Witnessed
This trip marked the first time in quite a while that I had the opportunity to work directly with the public, running Actualise in Vancouver before speaking at the freedom conference in Acapulco.
What struck me most profoundly was the significant shift in frequency, energy, and healing available for people.
The dismantling of the Luciferian and Satanic network structures over the last few years has led to a remarkable reduction in lower vibrations affecting humanity. We’re no longer having to wade through those much lower and darker frequencies that used to permeate the collective field.
As a result, people are assimilating higher frequencies with greater ease, creating much faster and more profound breakthroughs in personal transformation work.
This is precisely where the Melchizedek Model of Self Actualisation comes into play. Those engaging with higher energetic psychology and soul psychology work are reaping tremendous benefits in this new energetic landscape. The veils are thinner, the healing is deeper, and the transformations are happening with an acceleration I haven’t witnessed before.
Navigating Ascension Symptoms
While this thrust forward in evolution brings exciting new levels of awareness, it’s important to recognise that your physical body needs time to adjust to these higher frequencies.
Your dense bodies may experience natural and short-lived reactions as they recalibrate to accommodate these energetic upgrades.
Some common ascension symptoms you might experience include:
- Exhaustion or unusual sleep patterns
- Flu-like symptoms without actual illness
- Moodiness or emotional fluctuations
- Muddled thinking or “brain fog”
- Forgetfulness
- Temporary anxiety or sadness
- General purging of lower frequencies
- Maybe some actual purging
Remember, your body has its own wisdom and will find its unique way of dealing with the incoming higher frequencies. Allow and give yourself time for this integration to happen. This isn’t a race — it’s a profound metamorphosis.
Check who you are hanging out with, you might find lower frequency people create reactions in you, perhaps do an audit on your habits, connections and circles. Track if you’re purging what has been going on around me.

THE REALITY CHECK OF MARCH 12, 2025
On March 12, 2025, the Sun will conjunct Saturn, bringing a powerful reality check moment within this larger transformational period. This aspect illuminates our structures, limitations, and responsibilities with crystal clarity.
This conjunction will likely reveal where we’ve been avoiding necessary structure or discipline in our spiritual practice. It offers a cosmic reality check about where we stand in relation to our soul’s true work. What foundations have you built that are solid? Where have you been cutting corners or avoiding the deep work?
For many, this may manifest as a moment of truth regarding societal structures as well. The new higher frequencies are revealing much of the rotten aspects of society coming to light. Systems and institutions built on faulty foundations will show their cracks more visibly during this time.
The Saturn aspect brings maturity to our spiritual aspirations. It asks us to embody our highest ideals with consistency, discipline, and integrity. This isn’t about spiritual bypassing or floating above the realities of life — it’s about bringing heaven to earth through committed, consistent action.
MARCH 14TH, 2025 – FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE IN VIRGO
Welcome to Eclipse Season!
On March 14th, 2025, we experience a Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse at 23° Virgo. This isn’t just any eclipse – it’s a total eclipse, meaning its energies will penetrate deeply into our collective and personal fields. The intensity of this cosmic event cannot be overstated.
As a South Node eclipse, it carries a different flavour than North Node eclipses. While North Node eclipses often bring new beginnings, South Node eclipses are more outcome-oriented, delivering resolutions to situations that have been brewing beneath the surface for quite some time. Think of it as cosmic karma coming to fruition – whatever has been set in motion must now reach its natural conclusion.
What makes this eclipse particularly potent are its tight aspects with other significant celestial bodies. It forms a very tight opposition to Saturn (at 22° Pisces). This opposition speaks to the dismantling of illusions and the necessity of facing reality, no matter how uncomfortable.
Simultaneously, the eclipse forms an almost exact trine to Uranus (at 24° Taurus), introducing an element of sudden, revolutionary change that will likely feel both destabilising and liberating. The trine aspect suggests these changes, while potentially shocking, are ultimately aligned with our highest evolution.
There is already a lot of change in the air, maybe more to come…
The combination of these aspects points to systemic change or a disruptive outcome that was long overdue and inevitable. The house of cards will collapse, and what was energetically unstable will finally find a resolution. It’s as if the universe is saying, “Enough of the old patterns – it’s time for a reset.”
With the eclipse also loosely sextile Mars, we’re receiving a positive signal that we’ll have the energy and courage needed to navigate these transformations. This Mars aspect infuses the eclipse with a touch of forward momentum and the warrior spirit needed to embrace the changes rather than resist them.

On this powerful day, the Sun is conjunct Neptune at 29° Pisces. This transit is even more important since it’s part of the larger alignment with the North Node – so we’re really talking about a Sun-North Node-Neptune conjunction. This final degree of Pisces represents the culmination of Neptune’s journey through its home sign, bringing a powerful dissolution of boundaries before we step into the fiery new territory of Aries. This conjunction might feel like the final veil between worlds momentarily lifting — a glimpse of the unified field before the next chapter begins.
The 29th degree, known as the anaretic or “fate” degree, carries a sense of urgency and completion. Neptune, the planet of dreams, spirituality, and transcendence, meeting with our life-giving Sun at this critical degree creates a profound portal for mystical experiences and heightened intuition. We are coming into the part of our collective story with the collapsing of the illusionary structures on Earth takes place. Those stuck in main stream media narratives are living a different reality from those that are now.
It’s like there are two very stories being shared, one is trying to keep the illusion going longer and is distracting you from what is really happening. The other is showing you what has been the reality all along, and it beginning to collapse on its own illusion.
